The staff at Beachcomber are very helpful and friendly. Especially Janis! She helped us find the right hot tub, and answered all of our many questions and inquires. We purchased the Tub the following day. Glad we chose Beachcomber!

Beachcomber's customer service is next level! Janice went so above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. She came over to our house after hours and provided a visual in our backyard so we could exactly how it would fit. We even got to try out the hot tub in their private outdoor court yard. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone use Beachcomber! Honestly, cannot say enough about how impressed we are and we haven't even received our hot tub yet!

Hi ! My husband and I didn’t purchase our sauna from Beachcomber but we sure wish we had. We made the mistake of purchasing a sauna from California Spa and Fitness. The initial transaction went well, shipping of the sauna was delayed although it wasn’t the stores fault and as soon as it arrived, it was delivered and set up quickly. Shortly after receiving the sauna we started to have problems with the high limit switch. We called and emailed the California Spa and Fitness numerous times but we couldn’t get anyone to respond or, when they did respond, they would promise to get right back to us. Right. Finally, we were told to book a service appointment. After leaving two messages service got back to us and said that the person who could fix the problem had quit, we needed to contact the manufacturer. Whaaaaat ???? That’s when we called Beachcomber. We spoke to Janis and she was so helpful and polite and knowledgeable. She put us in touch with Jeremy and he was on the problem immediately. Wow ! Amazing service. It was an easy fix ( thank you again Jeremy) no charge and we are enjoying our sauna once again. Hello Beachcomber. Goodbye California Spa and Fitness.

I put in a service call for my faulty hot tub. Beachcomber diagnosed the problem quickly and had the correct part ordered and installed. They didn't overcharge at all and I got the part (motor) below market value. I'll definitely be calling them for any hot tub issues in the future.

This repair will go a ways to get us through the holidays etc and we can decide later what our future plans will be.
